At Rooted Futures, we believe every boy carries unique strengths, wisdom, and potential. Through mentorship, meaningful relationships, and experiences that foster growth, we help young men build confidence, discover their voice, and develop the character to navigate life with purpose.
Our mission is to guide boys and young men toward becoming compassionate, resilient, and self-aware leaders who can share their gifts with the world and contribute to something larger than themselves.
We create intergenerational mentoring communities so young men can venture into the future with inspiration, self-confidence, and a deep sense of belonging to something larger than themselves.

I thought that this program would be lame and didn’t want to do it when my mom made me. But now (week 3) I think it’s pretty cool, I want to keep coming back and I’m getting a lot out of it.
After each of the experiences (my son) has had, he really seems to feel more aligned, and able to communicate that to me… I think it has been really encouraging for him.
