ABOUT

After many years of individual efforts mentoring young men, our core team assembled in the summer of 2024 to create a program that would create lasting impact on our global community.

We have witnessed and worked with the many pain points that affect both parents and teens in today's society and believe that when provided with a balance of patience and nurturance, all young people have the potential to blossom into unique and contributing members to the ecological and social well being of our beautiful planet.

Meet Our Founding Team

Drawing on diverse backgrounds, our core team shares a commitment to mentoring the next generation of young men with compassion, respect, and vision.

Collectively, we have compiled thousands of hours engaging in men’s circles, training youth mentors, developing curriculum and mentoring young men, both virtually and in person.

Vision

Core Values

We believe that at the core of every individual is a set of values that become the building blocks of behavior. The embodiment of these values determine the paths we travel.

Accountability

We open ourselves to feedback and reflections from others, and take responsibility for our actions and impacts.

Authenticity

We embody self-awareness and honest, open, authentic expression -- even when it feels uncomfortable.

Cultivating Wholeness

We celebrate compassionate hearts, curious minds, healthy bodies, playful spirits and boundless imagination.

Diversity and Inclusion

We are creating diverse communities that embody cultural understanding, care, and a sense of belonging for all.

Integrity

We align our values, words, and actions, creating harmony between our inner and outer lives.

Nature Connection

We connect with the living world in varied ways, including adventure in wild places, responsible stewardship, and exploring practices for sacred relationship with the web of life.

Intergenerational Weaving

We weave connections among elders, adults, and young people to repair intergenerational bonds, through open dialogue, resource sharing, and innovative collaboration.
