A Rooted Futures Nature Excursion!
For Young men 9-19 years old
Invite your son for a day in nature to unplug, connect deeply, and step into who they are through honest conversation, and meaningful mentorship.
After the event, join us for a chef-prepared, family-style meal inspired by Rooted Futures values, alongside opportunities to learn more about our mission and support our vision.

Can my son bring a friend?
Yes. As long as his friend's guardians contact us or grant written permission to join.
What are your safety practices?
We employ a strict rule of no less than two boys with two mentors in a private/enclosed space at any given time. All mentors are vetted by the organization and background checked. We carry a medical kit with us for all in-person events.
Are scholarships available?
Yes. We don’t turn anyone away for lack of funds. Please scroll down to the bottom of this page to book a call with us.
How do I keep my son involved after this one day event?
He can continue to drop in with us each week virtually in our online program to continue these conversations and connections. Click the navigation at the top of the page and explore The Pathmaker Program to learn more and sign up. We are also working on creating more consistent in-person offerings in the Nevada City / Grass Valley area coming soon.
